Sometimes the fitting is not right or not suit to your taste, or you received a defective or wrong item(s). RedRabbit offers return and exchange of unused item(s) within 7 calendar days upon receipt.

For return/exchange, you would need to fill up the FEEDBACK FORM and provide all necessary details. Kindly allow 1-2 working days for us to get back to you via email if the return/ exchange is approved.

Once return /exchange is APPROVED, you should need to ship back your order to our warehouse with your choice of courier and at your own expense. It must be sent back in its original condition together with the Packing List.

• Product must be in its original condition with tags and original packaging, It must be unworn, unopened, and unaltered.

• Items that are appeared to be worn, with makeup, or smelling of not in its original condition when returned will be denied of exchange /refund and will be sent back to you.

• RedRabbit Sleepwear will contact you once the return package is received in our warehouse within 1~2 working days.

• Processing time for product exchange is within 7~10 calendar days upon receipt of return package in warehouse.

• Exchange must be the same item. No processing fee for your 1st exchange. If you wish to do a 2nd exchange for the same order, you will be charged of the processing fee.
